  • We currently only deliver to selected suburbs in Perth, WA.
  • Please check if your suburb is eligible for delivery at checkout.

📦 Delivery Schedule:

Dispatch Timeframe
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be dispatched. We bake everything fresh to order to ensure the best quality.

Perth Metro Orders
Once dispatched, Perth metro deliveries are fulfilled the same day via local courier.

Interstate Orders
Orders shipped outside of WA are sent via express courier for the fastest delivery possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but you'll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure your cookies arrive in the best condition.

🎁 Safe & Fresh Delivery:

  • Your cookies are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and delivered straight to your doorstep.
  • If you’re not home at the time of delivery, we’ll leave your package in a safe location.

💰 Delivery Fee:

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your suburb.

📦 Australia-Wide Express Shipping (Outside WA)

  • We now ship across Australia using Australia Post Express to get your cookies to you fast and fresh.

📅 Shipping Timeline:

  • Orders are shipped out every Friday.
  • Cut-off time: Place your order by Thursday 12 PM (noon) to be included in that week’s dispatch.
  • Delivery times depend on your location:
    • Metro areas: 1-3 business days
    • Regional areas: 3-5 business days

💰 Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post.
