2. Ordering & Payment
- All orders must be placed through our website at www.crumblybakehouse.com.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
- Orders must be placed before Thursday 12 PM (noon) to be included in our Friday delivery schedule.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- We currently only deliver to selected suburbs in Perth, WA.
- Deliveries are made every Friday, and orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the following week.
- We ensure all cookies are safely packaged and delivered fresh to your doorstep.
- We are working on expanding our delivery service to other states in the future—stay tuned!
4. Refunds & Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at info@crumblybakehouse.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- If our cookies don’t leave you speechless, eyes rolling back, and craving another bite—we’ll send you another one (because it’s impossible not to love them 😉).
5. Allergies & Ingredients
- Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.
