Frequently Asked Question

Can I place a rush order to get my cookies sooner?

Unfortunately, we cannot fast-track orders as all cookies are baked fresh and dispatched on a scheduled basis. Since we do not have a physical store, we do not offer same-day pickups or in-person sales.

How soon do my cookies ship out?

We bake every order fresh, just for you! Perth deliveries are shipped out every Friday, and Australia-wide orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express on the same schedule. Orders must be placed before Thursday 12 PM (noon) to be included in that week’s shipment.

Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location:

Perth, WA: Delivered on Friday.

(Coming Soon) Australia-wide: Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for regional areas.

I have a nut allergy. Can I still eat your cookies?
